LUNAILS — BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, modified, or canceled. The applicable cancellation fee may still apply. Foreign Work I do not fill over work done by another nail technician. If you have existing product from another salon or nail tech, please book a removal along with your new set. Service Changes & Refunds Please communicate any concerns about your service as soon as possible. Refunds are not provided for completed services; however, I’m happy to discuss reasonable adjustments when applicable. Respect & Professionalism I value creating a comfortable and respectful environment for both myself and my clients.
