CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Lunails, your time is valued, and I kindly ask that you value mine as well. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. This fee is in place to compensate for the time set aside just for you.
